I got a shock when I stepped on the weighing scale today to learn that I have gain so much weight in such a short period. I needed to get back my ideal weight but I do not have the time to work it out at the track due to my workloads. By the time I finished work, it’s already 7.30pm. I'm determine to do my exercise at home and looking forward to purchase a treadmill. My main priority is to get the extra fats off my belly!
