I'm keeping my weight level well you know

Oh gosh! I’m not feeling embarrassed or guilty that I’m on weight loss supplements for sometime now. Although I was a little over weight at my age but I’m keeping myself fit and healthy. I have been eating and sleeping well too. Don’t mind telling you a secret that I’m keeping my fitness at check all the time and exercise by jogging for an hour every morning. I dare to challenge you for an hour jog!
