I'm insomnia free now

Having stress problem is one of the main criteria people can’t go to sleep. It could be due to work, financial, marriage or family problem for them to overcome. I could still remember those were the days when I was on the sleep pills to tackle my insomnia problem. I’m glad all these problems had been solved. I knew taking sleeping pills for isn’t good for me in the long term. What is more important is to live in a happy live. Won't you agree?
